  Dirty grease they don’t clean their fryers the McNuggets came out dark and I told the workers the manager Bre or whatever her name is didn’t care about it or offer to do anything about the situation don’t come here unless you want nuggets to taste like burnt grease

  Every time me and my fiancé come here the service is always terrible. We only come here because it’s convenient for us. There is always something wrong with our food. The manager who mostly works at night I believe her name is (Bri) she is a terrible manager she has really long blonde hair, she’s always on her phone, she never tells anyone to clean up anything, she allows her coworkers do what they want. She needs to get fired honestly she isn’t a good manager. I don’t know why this location hasn’t been shut down yet because this location is terrible. A while ago the manager (Bri) and I got into an argument with her because they always close the lobby early due to them saying “they are short staff”but they don’t close the lobby until 10pm and my fiancé and I got there at a little after 9pm. She got really rude and disrespectful towards me, when we tried doing an online pick up before we got there so we would just pick it up but when we got there the lobby was closed. I feel like this is wrong and they need to do an evaluation on this location and actually talk to the customers and see what paying customers have to go through at this location.

  They just don't put things u say on the order in the drive thru even when you say it twice then when you call about it missing they make it seem like you're tryna get over for a large fry that you don't even mind paying for . . It's bullcrap. What happened to accuracy?? Generation is 💀

  Drive thru was alright. I would at least appreciate the person handing me my food say thank you or say something hell even make eye contact.

  There is obviously something wrong with me. I come back to this location and it’s always something negative. Food is cold, they’re out of soda, they’re out of beef, etc. currently I’m sitting at the drive through order screen. Been here for 10 minutes. A guy mumbled over the speaker saying he needs a few moments…. Ok…. Are you going to come back? The lady on the adjacent drive through is just looking as dumb as me waiting for someone to answer the speaker.
