  So I want to preface this with the fact I generally try to find at least one nice thing to say but holy crap dumpster fire start to end. First, the kiosk didn't give me a receipt to pay at the counter so I got over to the counter waiting for someone so I can pay and move on. Stood there for legit 20 minutes listening to the lady with orange pig tails swearing every time she came to the counter while completely ignoring everyone in the front including the younger child the lady had with her behind me. In the end i think I watched four people walk out before I finally decided it wasn't worth the already 20 minute wait. Over all I'd give them zero stars if I could.

  Customer service zero. How are they arguing with customers because you weren't at the window for me to pay absolutely disrespectful

  Went in for a online order only to be met with what seemed to be a under qualified manager. First of what i assumed was some sort of manager told me one second and disappeared before second manger walks up nearly 5 min later. Got nothing but attitude for no reason. Had to cancel my order super bummed on my experience wont be back.

  Ordered my food like normal and was asked to pull forward. Ok, cool. Ive worked fast food before I understand how it works. Well waited 10 minutes for my order and they missed part of it. So I get my kid out of the car and walk in, not aggressive or mad because I get it. I was greeted by the rudest front counter person. First she told me I was lying. So I showed her my receipt and then she told me to calm down. Ok I wasn't mad until you told me to calm down when I wasn't even upset. You called me a liar and I still wasn't even upset. The gentleman who got me the rest of my order was nice. If you want customers who regularly come there to keep going, maybe be nicer. And if you hate your job that much, get a new job. Do not recommend going here. Just overall a terrible experience.
