She answered my question and offered to assist me in my drink choice. So kind and polite. Thank You Charlee! You are appreciated 🫶🏽

Instead of wasting food. I just ate it. Make sure your employees read what was ordered Instead of assuming. We have too much food waste going on now.

The Mac and cheese was cold and very small serving. The salad looks okay haven't eaten yet. She paid $30.54 for the 2 items. Very disappointed ☹️

I ordered a hot chocolate, but when they finally got it ready after a long wait, it was missing the whipped cream (my favorite part), because she said they were out of whipped cream. The hot chocolate was thin and watery and I really couldn't taste much chocolate; Tim Hortons is much better. There were no napkins available, you had to ask for them, and the tables had not been cleaned.

They forgot to tell me to walk down to the other end pick up my order so Just my opinion don’t think I’ll be going there again
