    HORRIBLE attitude from the guy working for a business that just opened up. I was the only person when I walked in, nobody in the drive thru, he was on a personal call on the phone. He just continued talking like he didn't see me, this was after looking right at me. Right as I was about to walk out he finally acknowledged me and was extremely rude. I would rather drive to another Dunkin than ever give this Dunkin my money again

    Just opened here in Roseville after many years of us not having one local. We used the drive thru for our order. A small mix up on my wife's order but was corrected right away. Drinks were good. Will be back. Also will probably use the app moving forward as there is an ease to customizing orders thru that.

    I was super excited for this location to open so close to home! My daughter and I love to have coffee along with some food while we sit and chat. I visited this location twice both times I went inside. The first experience was not the best but I gave the guy grace the drive thru was busy. My order was not correct. However he did fix my coffee no issues. The second visit I went inside again, the wait for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a coffee took forever! I went home, took the lid off my coffee to allow it to cool down and noticed something gross floating around. The picture looks like a tooth, it's not I promise. It was squishy. My guess they did not clean something to do with the creamer. After finding this in my coffee and it was literally the first week of them being open, I don't plan to return.

    came through the drive thru around 7:20am there was 1 truck ahead of me i sat there about 2-3 minutes before i can drive to the speaker. then once i got to the speaker i ordered the 5$ meal deal which was a bacon ,egg and cheese wrap and it came with and medium coffee and hashbrown. got to the window my bag with food was waiting on the table there when i arrived to the window . i’m assuming they wasn’t sure if that was my coffee or not they were talking for a minute or so about what the coffee was . the lady finally came to the window and gave me my total and took my card . she gave me the bag of food i checked to see if it was hot and the hash browns were cold so as she come to give me my card and the coffee i let her know that my food was cold and if i could have fresh hash browns. she said we just made them and they just came out of the oven and i said well i just checked and there cold so she took the hash-browns back and start talking to the guy she worked with which was fixing the food and he took them and put them back in the oven to rewarmed them . The lady said i had to keep the same ones because i had touch them already so they had to give them back to me . i do not recommend ordering food from there .the hash browns going back in the oven there were over cooked , they were hot but not good the wrap was hard in some places . i starting feeling sick after eating them . i feel the customer service was not good at all. especially with it being a new business to the neighborhood they definitely have to better when it comes to customer services. i will never order food again from there . and i let them know when she told me she was giving me back the old hash-browns that i will never order food again . they didn’t care and i was very disappointed. if i wasn’t in a rush to get to work i definitely would have waited patiently and talk with a manger and requested a refund. the new roseville location sucks already and they just opened there

    Food was good but I came for my hot choclate which I usually drive out of the way to go get but since this is by my house and it ms opened tried it for the first time, Hot chocolate wad watery and I wad not added did I want whiped cream...Thisbis by my house but inwould just rather drive out if the way to get a simple hot chocolate made right...NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ANCLOSE CUSTOMER
