This has got to be the most unreliable arbys that exists in all of America. Can the people here actually read? or did they fail to pass kindergarten. What is so hard to understand about 2 roast beef gyros. I get the order, one gyro is not roast beef, its lamb, didnt get the right soda, got no marinara for my mozzarella sticks. It is outrageous that once you get terrible service, you cant even receive the correct food. If you're thinking of ordering from this one, drive a little further to the one on 15 mile.

Ordered a French dip, they didn't put the Au Jus in the bag. We called. The person in the phone said sorry then dead air. It isn't the first time we've gotten bad food or missing items but it's the last time. They don't even talk when you call. Really?!? We have our receipt so it is a legitimate issue. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I've been to this Arby's multiple times during the late evening hours and it's always done right! The food is hot and fresh, there are never any super long lines and the staff is professional. It's a younger gentleman that usually is there, whenever he takes my order it's perfect, not sure of his name but he has braces. Thank you!
