  I placed my order on the app. The food was hot and fresh. I waited 2 minutes tops for my food. The young lady working the window had a good attitude. I went around 8:15p and it was not busy at all.

  Arby’s at 12 & Hayes on 2/4 at 6:40pm. Punk kids working the drive thru on their phones. It took forever. Ordered Diet Coke, got Coke. No straws.

  What happened? This location used to be soooo good 👍. Now, what a wreck. Your staff just hangs up & then does not pick up the phone. Orders wrong, attitude, no listening or concern for hard working people's dinners. That is what they are preparing, DINNER FOR WORKING CLASS. Please get this store back on track. I am sure there are good people there. Get rid of the rude texting posers.

  This has got to be the most unreliable arbys that exists in all of America. Can the people here actually read? or did they fail to pass kindergarten. What is so hard to understand about 2 roast beef gyros. I get the order, one gyro is not roast beef, its lamb, didnt get the right soda, got no marinara for my mozzarella sticks. It is outrageous that once you get terrible service, you cant even receive the correct food. If you're thinking of ordering from this one, drive a little further to the one on 15 mile.
