    Did an online order and over half of the food was missing from the bag when I got it home. A whole sandwich, 3 sides, and 3 sauces were missing. The whole point of ordering online is to avoid any issues of miscommunication and not getting what is wanted. This is by far the worst case of missing food I've experienced at a fast food restaurant. It's not like one side missing or they forgot my sauce...half the order is just non-existent in the bag. And the bags were taped shut and the window was shut in my face as soon as the bags came out almost as if they knew it was wrong and were trying to rush me out before I noticed. Truly embarrassing. I will never be returning to this Arbys location.
