The sandwich was cold as if the fish was taken from the freezer and if it was heated it wasn't thoroughly heated.

Told me to pull up, never asked if I needed any sauce or anything for my order. Rude employees. This place has gone down hill. Employee comes out with my food and damn near throws it at me and doesn’t say a word. I open the bag and fries are completely dumped out in the bag. This is ridiculous

So I grabbed her sandwich and receipt to get it replaced possibly because it was cold and of course the au jus. I explained it all and dude just said no au jus come back tomorrow. I asked how long they've been out of the au jus so maybe they wouldn't let people buy a dry sandwich. There was no response and I asked again.....nothing. Naturally that would upset someone and I ask why the hell can't he talk? He just came on and said "get out my window rah rah" I asked what was that and he repeated it. I'm shaking at this point and got to the window and surprise, no one there. I threw my wife's cold sandwich at the window because it was no good to us. They didn't even want to try and remedy the situation at all and come back after I already came back. Who knows maybe homeboy was having a bad day because his girl was cheating on him while he was locked up🤷♂️. You don't like your job then quit and do something you have never done.....try! I did, that's why i don't work at Arby's. All I know whatever his problem is we had nothing to do with.
