  They will run this one into the ground quickly, went for the first time today perfect place if you love Day old donuts that have been stored in a refrigerator overnight. That’s what killed all the other Dunkin’ Donuts why can’t they wake up and understand that? Spent $3.58 for two donuts that went in the garbage I don’t want refrigerated day old goods at a regular price. So over at Dunkin, you lose!

  I got to Dunkin pretty much everyday. I was driving 10 minutes to get to my nearest one. So I was so happy when this one opened. I was even told they were related to the one on 15 and Utica and they are awesome there! This location was really nice and doing well at first. But I see new staff has taken over and it’s really gone down hill..

  Went inside this morning in the pouring down rain waited for 4 minutes at the counter before I was even acknowledged! Placed my order and was given a total I then questioned the amount and was told “I don’t know” he then asks “you ordered a large” I said no a medium with Light Ice. I received regular ice and was charged 0.50 cents extra! On top of everything the coffee tastes like watered down coffee grounds! Contemplated going back in for a refund but I’ll just go back to Starbucks across the light!! I will say my previous experiences when the ladies are working were great!
