  A little on the pricey side, but the food is cooked fresh, friendly service, one of the only fast food places that actually has courteous friendly employees. I’ve gone at lunchtime and dinner time, and anytime that I come, I always get pleasant friendly service. We usually get the chicken nuggets, frosted lemonades, deluxe chicken sandwiches and the grilled chicken wrap. Everything is always fresh and hot, I have no issues with the Food or this location (Roseville location)

  Incredibly long wait in drive through. Clearly they are pushing drive by traffic away from the restaurant by closing a whole lane for mobile users. 20 min in line and the mobile drive through had only 2 cars at that time - 20 cars in line at the regular drive through lane Ugh

  Tried the hashbrown egg bowl with grilled chicken. It was really good. I got a vanilla iced coffee and it was perfect. Also the drive thru line was super quick.

  I really didn’t want to leave a negative review because most of the time my experiences here are actually good. The staff is usually pleasant and the food is fresh, which is why I keep coming back. However, I’ve had a couple of disappointing experiences recently that I feel need to be addressed. A few weeks ago, I ordered through DoorDash and had missing items, and the food that did arrive was cold and not enjoyable. I didn’t leave a review at the time, even though I basically wasted $40. Today was similar. I came in around 9:30 a.m., and the food quality just wasn’t there. The hash browns were oily and cold, and the chicken minis were lukewarm. It’s frustrating to receive cold food, especially that early in the morning when everything should be fresh. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue or inconsistency between shifts, but it does feel like the experience can be hit or miss depending on the time of day. Based on this, I’d recommend coming during peak daytime hours instead. I’m not leaving a one-star review because I know this place can do better I’ve seen it. I just hope there can be more consistency, especially for customers who are paying good money and expect fresh, hot food every time.

  Would like to rate higher, but I have had too many meal orders missing items or had to correct the drive thru person that I was missing a drink. That kind of things shouldn't happen with the amount of labels put on things. Really like the app, rewards program for using it and the seperate drive thru lane of app orders.
