  I've visited this Arby's several times for a quick bite. My favorite thing to get from Arby's is the classic roast beef sandwich. I prefer to go through the drive-thru. All of my visits have went smoothly without incident. Food is always hot, fresh, & made correctly, & customer service at the window has been friendly. Will continue to visit.

  Ordered online. They forgot part of my order and didnt fill my LG shake all the way. Called the store for them to ignore the calls and hang up on us. Refusing to give their names so we can contact arbys. 3.9 ratings and looks like from the comments they mess up a lot and have 0 accountability. Go to a different location

  went to drive through and this is now the second time they forgot part of our order and its rediculous how everything in saint clair shores is absolute garbage with their service. their phone is also off the hook

  The job can’t be too hard, all there is to it is to listen and follow directions, it’s not like y’all are chefs. They playing around because what else makes sense? Hire a new team asap.

  The food is always very good however, I don’t like that every time I pay they have me pull ahead for them to bring out my order. It takes longer & sometimes no one is behind me & I still have to move up.
