  Arrived here at 7am the store opened late then the 2 women that came in took forever to unlock the door after looking at me stand outside the door. I went back to my car and left. The Michigan location on Beck is way better

  Bahama Mama bowl…… less than satisfactory. Didn’t have all ingredients :( no white chocolate or chia. Way to much honey drizzle and it was made on Monday and today is Wednesday: :( employees were nice but I thought this would be a fresh bowl not a frozen old bowl with fruit cut up days ago.

  My daughter's smoothie was full of ice, rip off. The flatbread I had tasted and had the texture of a wet diaper. Avoid this place - please address your issues.

  Got there and the staff was busy processing the online orders. I waited patiently at the register to place my order. After about 25mins my colleague and I were offered service. Both of our drinks were bland. The fruit tasted old, i have never experienced that at a Tropical Café ever. We didn't want to bother the staff anymore than we felt like we already had so we didn't ask for them to remake the drinks
