  If I could give no stars I would. They locked the doors to order inside 20 minutes early and I asked if I can place an order seeing how I walked from my hotel room with no vehicle due to my flight being cancelled and got denied service. McDonald’s sure must be happy watching their franchise name become ruined.

  For the past few months this mcdonald's has been going downhill.The manager just hung up the phone on me.

  TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! they had me waiting for 25 minutes then handed me a smoothie that was all water and ice. Then when I ask for a refund she had the nerve to make me wait another 10 minutes and throw the receipts at me. They fell on the ground when I pulled off. She got my license plate and said she’s going to report me for littering for something that she did whatever manager is on duty Saturday 2:28 PM she needs to be fired

  I think corporate really needs to adjust there employees. The manager there is very rude. I believe her name is Tanisha is something with a T. She walked in with the worst attitude today bitching at her employee and then caught an attitude with me because I asked for my coffee
