  Honestly taco bell is trash and service is sloooooo. But nothing else is open and your drunk hungry taco hell it is.

  To take a hour break and to be waiting almost a hr in drive thru on lunch break is insane do they not read customers reviews and follow simple steps to make changes Taco Bell makes so much money they need to do better with workers and time management and to be consistent this is ridiculous

  I placed a DoorDash order and 2 drivers dropped my order because they where taking so long so I decided to call after 30 minutes the manager answered the phone and claimed "my staff is just working slow right now I'll make it myself" i think that is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention as I'm eating my food there was pieces of chicken in my beef taco.. this place is horrible and will never be getting my service again.

  Every so often I get taco bell so vile that it makes me not want to eat it for at least six months. This is one of those occasions. One of the employees told me I needed to order at the counter or at one of the two kiosk locations....one of which I was actively inputting my order into. When I turned around in surprise, they said "you can also do it at the kiosk there." This should have been an omen of things to come.. It took 20 minutes for the staff to make three double decker taco Supremes and a 7 layer burrito. I'm not sure how they managed to make a burrito with seven different ingredients taste like it was made from cardboard...but they did it. One of the taco wrappers had sour cream on the outside of it, not sure how this is possible in a supposedly clean and maintained food prep area, but here we are. The other double decker taco had the hard shell so crunched up, I should have just ordered a soft shell taco supreme with beans... because that's basically what I received. You order a double deck taco for the feel of the smooth soft shell on the outside, with the amazing crunch of the hard shell inside reinforced by the beans in between the two. It's like building a house with a pleasing soft exterior, without any stable foundations to hold it all together...it just doesn't make sense. I was so disgusted and disappointed that I didn't even reach in the bag for the third taco. One of the employees could have put a check for $1000 inside or the instructions to synthesize a cure for lung cancer...I'll never know because after eating the burrito and 1 and a half of the tacos, I just wanted to drive home on I-94 and reevaluate my life choices.
