I visited 10/29. Sat at the bar. The bartender, Shavonne, did her thing. Only three servers and her as the only bartender. She was making it happen. I appreciate her friendliness and pleasant vibe. Thanks so much for the great service!!!

Sat down to get a drink at the outback in the airport. Had my phone up and was looking through the menu, as they have QR codes on every table. A server named Lea came up to be and told me that the seats were for guests only. I showed her that I was working on placing an order online. She told me I have to have a server to sit (so why have the online app???). Incredibly rude. Will go spend an exorbitant amount on liquor elsewhere.

I spent $50 dollars and after I got done eating. I had a long layover and just wanted to chill and get some work done. But she said I only had 10 mins after finishing eating to leave. I will never come back hear and I have friends that fly through all the time. I’m going to be sure to let them know. Also I left feeling sick to my stomach from the food. Don’t come here

The waitress clearly had an attitude problem, and it was unacceptable. Outback needs to invest in proper training for their employees on how to treat customers with courtesy. It's important for staff to recognize that without customers, they won’t earn tips. When we asked the waitress if we could move to the table behind us after it was cleaned, due to the instability of our current table, she responded, “I am not going to bust that table because I don’t have time.” I informed her that we were not in a hurry since our flight was later in the day and we were willing to wait. Instead of accommodating our request, she brusquely asked, “Well, do you want to place your order or not?” We found her attitude unacceptable and chose to leave rather than tolerate such poor service.
