- MCMelissa Cook1 day ago1.0Quite possibly my worst fast food experience save the Wendy's in Belleville that's now closed. Took two attempts to place drive through order as staff stepped away partway through. Was directed to park and wait for food, which I realize isn't unusual and I typically don't mind. I do mind waiting nearly 30 minutes and having to go inside twice. Twice because the first time I could not get the attention of any staff despite standing by the register for nearly 5 minutes. I very nearly left empty handed out of frustration. Second attempt I was able to catch someone and after some confusion seemed to lay hands on my order. Until I left and realized about half the order was incorrect in terms of either sizing or flavoring (I did not ask for spicy). For the record my order consisted of 5 items, all of them off the regular menu. I can guarantee I will not be patronizing this location again.
