  I paid for 3 double cheeseburgers and 1 daily double. You all had the nerve to haphazardly scrape off the mustard and ketchup from a double cheeseburger and hand it off like it's a daily double. Which you charge an extra $1 and some change just to have lettuce and a slice of tomato on top.

  I went through the drive-thru at 10:45 AM on a Sunday and ordered three Big Breakfasts with hotcakes. When I got home, I noticed the egg portions were extremely small—well under a single-egg serving. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Additionally, the last two times I’ve used the drive-thru here, my order was incorrect. Fortunately, I checked before leaving the window. Consistent portion issues and repeated order inaccuracies point to poor quality control. Management at this location clearly needs to address training and oversight. I’ll be taking my business to a different location going forward.

  I went through the drive through today 1/11/26 in the late morning/early afternoon. Bought two chicken snack wraps. Took one bite and spit it out. Went inside and spoke to a person named Selene/Celene (sp?) with light skin, long dark hair and glasses. I held out the two uneaten snack wraps and politely told her they were old, dry and hard and inedible, and asked if could she please remake them. She didn't respond, walked into the lobby, did something for a minute and came back to the counter where I was still holding out the food, and she took it from me with a disgusted look on her face, threw it in the trash, and still did not say anything. I stood there for a few minutes wondering what was going on, when she finally walked up to me and handed me the remade snack wraps. Still didn't say anything or acknowledge me in any way. She didn't say anything the entire time beyond asking if she could help me when I first came in. It was super demeaning and made me feel like I didn't matter and was a problem for her. I didn't spend my hard earned money there to get spoiled food, nor to get treated badly by some ill mannered, unhappy fast food worker. After reading through the reviews, I see others have complained about her. I suggest retraining on customer service. She severely lacks customer service skills. This isn't my first bad experience with the quality of the food at this location. I won't be back.
