I went through the drive through today 1/11/26 in the late morning/early afternoon. Bought two chicken snack wraps. Took one bite and spit it out. Went inside and spoke to a person named Selene/Celene (sp?) with light skin, long dark hair and glasses. I held out the two uneaten snack wraps and politely told her they were old, dry and hard and inedible, and asked if could she please remake them. She didn't respond, walked into the lobby, did something for a minute and came back to the counter where I was still holding out the food, and she took it from me with a disgusted look on her face, threw it in the trash, and still did not say anything. I stood there for a few minutes wondering what was going on, when she finally walked up to me and handed me the remade snack wraps. Still didn't say anything or acknowledge me in any way. She didn't say anything the entire time beyond asking if she could help me when I first came in. It was super demeaning and made me feel like I didn't matter and was a problem for her. I didn't spend my hard earned money there to get spoiled food, nor to get treated badly by some ill mannered, unhappy fast food worker. After reading through the reviews, I see others have complained about her. I suggest retraining on customer service. She severely lacks customer service skills. This isn't my first bad experience with the quality of the food at this location. I won't be back.

Ordered on the app. Asked for a mcchicken, no mayo for my daughter who has dietary restrictions. Get it home to see there is a ticket on the mcchicken indicating that it should be no mayo; only to find out that it had ONLY mayo and no other toppings. This is not the first instance we have had of this which is disappointing because this is the location closest to us, but it has become so unreliable to order from.

I’m not gonna lie this building needs to fire this heavy set women with glasses 2 nights in a row consistent attitude for no reason I’m sorry you are understaffed but don’t take someone’s order not be at the window to take payment then get mad after us waiting 5 minutes then drive up to front window telling us we should have waited when there’s no one else waiting in the drive through lane so what you doing in the back you can’t be at that window.

It’s a McDonald’s. 10/10 stars when I visited with family here because we got food and a show.
A worker came back in covered with buffalo sauce because someone presumably threw sauce on him when they got their food. Then while waiting a crazy lady walked in shouting at everyone behind the counter for sweat and sour sauce ready to throw McHands for her McNuggets.
Recommend carrying concealed coming to this location for your own safety.
