- ABAmanda Baisch5 days ago1.0I really want this place to be better. Rockford doesn't have a lot of good food options and the fact that our Chipotle sucks is a giant bummer. Anyway, food and service were both cold, but I can't reasonably expect anyone that makes less than 100k a year to actually care about their job, so I get it. It's my own consumerist demon for eating takeout.
- BMBrian MulnixApr 19, 20261.0Zero is more appropriate. We were the only ones here, every single table was covered with food scraps. The counter where you pay was covered in food also. Every employee in sight was standing around, zero cares given to the overflowing trash, dirty tables and counters and endless missing items (including cups). Fair to say we wouldn't recommend. This is clearly a poorly managed establishment thats giving a great franchise a bad name.
- KRKari RApr 2, 20265.0Clean place to way your favorite burritos. However a few times the restaurant has run off some ingredients. Also depending from the staff who is working will keep the music in a decent volume. Sometimes it’s hard to eat your food when you feel the music too loud.
- BRB RMar 26, 20261.02nd time I've tried to eat at this location. The first time my burrito was closer in size to something Taco Bell would give you than what I'd expect from Chipotle. This time it was over 3 hours before close and the entire staff was sitting in the dining room when I walked in. They were "out" of 5 different ingredients. Fortunately the folks next door at Jersey Mike's understand customer service.

There were about 4 people working inside at 11:15am and the front door was locked, even though they were supposed to open at 10:45am. They clearly saw me standing out there in the cold but nobody could be bothered to talk to me. I had to pull around to the window to get someone to finally give me my food. I asked her about the front door. She mentioned that they were opening late. I proceeded to let her know I was standing out there for a while and she shut the window and walked away. She also looked high. That's my story.
