I would give negative stars if I could. We just had the WORST experience here. I am still in shock. We had a mobile order and waited forever at the speaker. But when we pulled up I watched as the manager ate fries while preparing someone’s order as well as ours.This is not the first time I have seen someone do this at this Wendy’s. I went inside and calmly said something to him about it. He responded to me and said “ he has to make sure the fries are good” I was like what are you kidding me and also he wasn’t wearing gloves and he said that wasn’t policy. I asked his name which is Jacob and then he got aggressive and asked for my name, I said why do you need my name? I am the customer and I’m calling corporate because this is not right. I don’t even feel comfortable eating my food so I want a refund. He said he was calling corporates on me for wanting free food and to never come back to that store. I walked out and he FOLLOWED me back to our car, my fiancé was still waiting by the door for our food. Once he seen him following and yelling at me he got out. The manager Jacob then took a picture of our license plate and called the cops. He was shaking and yelling. We left because this was insane at this point.
He was also yelling at the employees because they were stressed some of them might be new but he was degrading them and telling them they needed to watch the orders that it was their job. I guess while he just makes fries and eats them. Disgusting!! He needs to be fired and this store should be closed until they can get better people and retrain

I placed an order through the app, my food was all wrong and they didn’t give me my fries. Manager is condescending and incompetent, when asked to remake my order he laughed and said mistakes happen. I asked if he could compensate me for wasting my time and having my food be cold and he ignored me and moved on like he didn’t hear me. Whoever is the store manager should train this guy on how to interact with people. I don’t think I’ve ever not had an order messed up at this store. Never again

I placed my mobile order well in advance and had to wait about 10 minutes before I was assisted. There was one person in front of me in the line by himself and it took about 5 minutes to take to take his order. I waited about 20 minutes for fast food. The guy in front of me ordered a potato and was told he was a 30 minute wait. Do not go here if you value your time because they don’t value it either.

This is sad! I’ve been going here for almost 20 years after church very often with my friends and family.
Now the employees are unprofessional, they seem unclean, they always keep missing something in my bag either napkins or the food is cold most of the time.
No greeting when talking to them just disgusting rude people!
Tonight 4/1/2026 is the last time i ever get anything at this place, and probably last time i ever get Wendy’s period.
Shut this place down please. 🤢 🤮

I have been in there countless times in the past 2 months to pick up orders and 1 worker there is just absolutely the worst. Went in today to grab an order 3/11 and it's the same guy in his hoodie acting like he doesn't care about anything and once again my order was wrong. I'm not sure why this guy is even employed there. I've been in multiple times and other customers were complaining about this same guy. Horrible service
