  Wait a ridiculous time for anything you order staff is rude about it for no reason they are arguing with eachother and crying instead of making food tables are always filthy watched a customer wipe down the entire lobby with a napkin which essentially jus throws cheese and spit on the floor . waited for 40 mins for food that "was given out" watched someone wait 30 mins for 2 freezes. Staff also has workers help that are either on a day off or not a employee at all .and dirty considering they blow snot rockets out there nose on the side walk and then try to help out of uniform cook food so the 30 min wait could be 25 possibly. Eat Ramen noodles before coming here.

  We waited over 30 minutes for 2 tacos with no end in sight, so we left without our food. There were fewer than 10 others in the store, yet at least 2 other customers were also complaining - one had been waiting 50 minutes. I’d strongly encourage the regional manager to step in and provide additional training. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and will be advising friends and family to avoid this location.

  This place always seems to be backed up. I’ve left numerous times due to absolutely absurd drive through wait times. Today I waited over 15 minutes to move forward 2 cars. Legitimately faster to go to Meijer down the road and make Tacos at home.

  I am a loyal Taco Bell customer and genuinely enjoy their food. However, this particular location in Michigan is, by far, the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. Today, I waited 45 minutes in the drive-through line for only about five cars ahead of me. This is not an isolated incident; it is consistently the slowest Taco Bell I have experienced. It appears that only one employee is working the entire restaurant—handling drive-through orders, cashier duties, and food preparation simultaneously. I do not understand how this location remains in business. The service was unacceptable and left me furious. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this Taco Bell entirely. Please go out of your way to visit any other location instead. This one should be avoided at all costs.
