I have stopped going to another location due to incorrect orders. I’ve had good luck at this location. I always do mobile, as I am on my lunch. Yesterday, I was back at work and opened my food and the order was incorrect. I am unable to leave and go back. I was asked to provide a response, so I told them. They forgot stuff and added sour cream. It was soupy :(. I find it weird that the response was “I see they have made your order incorrectly a few times” so you need to call them. I understand it’s a lot of ingredients, so it’s hard, but for $14 it would be nice to have it right. They put all these check marks showing they double checked, but then didn’t. I think I’ve just lost faith and I’m gonna pass on this company entirely.
