  I won't be able to rate the food because I did not receive it. I stopped in for lunch when I was in the area. I'm a 30 minute drive from this location. I thought I had spent $10 on a bread bowl and broccoli cheese soup but turns out I spent $10 on a piece of bread. Prices here are already out of control. These orders should be double and triple checked before being passed out. Needless to say, did not receive the soup I ordered. When I called, the manager was laughing almost the entire time. That is a fact. It seems she thought it was really funny that one of the workers handed my soup to another customer. Me being 39 weeks pregnant and starving, I did not share in the humor. She told me I have to come back in to receive a refund. Despite it being an hour drive and again be8ng 39 weeks pregnant so not sure how I'm supposed to go do that The worst part is that I have paid for a product that I did not receive and the companys policy is to not return refunds unless in person. It is the companys mistake. It should be their responsibility to fix that mistake not the customers responsibility and burden. I now have to spend money time and resources I dont have to receive money rightfully mine. Scammed $10. There has not been one time in the last decade that Panera has not made me regret my patronage to the point I swear I will never return. I give up. I want my money back.

  Placed a takeout order literally just now, we were charged for a whole sandwich, only to come home with a half. We called about it and the employee argued with my mom over the phone, insisting that they "made and wrapped a whole", as I'm literally sitting here staring at this half a sandwich I just unwrapped. They left her on hold, hoping she'd get tired of waiting and hang up, but she's driving back with this sad excuse of a "whole" sandwich they insist that they made. Normally this is a super nice location, very disappointed with the service this evening.

  Workers are too lazy to walk your pick up order to the rapid pickup shelf that Panera spent money to put a tv at. Get ready to have to ask for your order! Soup is also watered down at this location!

  Got a sandwich and a bowl of soup, the sandwich was slopped together and the bowl of chicken noodle soup contained two noodles and two pieces of carrot and broth, nothing else.

  Older Panera in Rochester Hills but still never had a problem with service. Food is always good.
