  I love jimmy johns. I really do, but never again will I ever order for delivery. I ordered a deli every for 11:45 and it just got delivered to me at 12:40. If they do not have enough drivers cause they are too swamped, they will go through a third party (uber eats) which will take a day and a half to get to you. Actual BS. Not the drivers fault through uber but damn, they should definitely call their customers that ordered delivery and tell them that it is going through a third party and that will take an hour longer than expected. 2nd the employee that I spoke to regarding the situation didn’t seem to give a care. They credited the order $15 but now my lunch is basically over so I have no time to enjoy my food.

  Somebody from my office phoned in this lunch order for a client video shoot. When I came to pick it up, I informed The individual at the counter that I was there for a pick up. He looked at me and pointed over to my right, where there was a “pick up“ sign and two small bags for pick up. I informed him that it was a very big order and would be bigger than one of those little bags. He goes “oh, hold on“ and he turns around and picks up a large bag behind him, A hands it to me. “Here“ he says. Assuming that was it, I took off, drove to the location, ONLY to find out that I was given only half of the order. Someone from the office called and informed The manager of what happened. She said she would be watching for me. After driving a half hour, when I arrived, fairly unhappy (to say the least), I informed them that they did not give me my entire order. “Oh you’re the guy“, turns around and picks up a box that was sitting on the counter underneath the bag, and says “here you go.” I looked at her, and she looked at me. She said nothing. No apology for not giving me the whole order in the first place, no token free cookie for my inconvenience, nothing. Nothing but the excuse that the guy who gave it to me was new. Somebody somewhere has communicated to these young people that Customer Service at Jimmy John’s in Rochester is not important...and they're getting it. While the food was OK, everything else was not and while am quick to give praise and commend a good dining experience, I will not be coming back to this place again.
