I’ve ordered the same smoothie almost every day because it’s one of the few things I can tolerate in the morning, yet this is now the third time I’ve had a serious issue with how my drink was made. The first time, it tasted strongly of chemicals — as if the blender or machine had just been cleaned and not rinsed properly. I was told “everything was normal.” The second time, the same issue happened again. And now, on October 25th around 2 PM, I ordered a Bahama Mama with whey protein and extra white chocolate, and within two hours of finishing it, I was vomiting and had one of the worst headaches I’ve ever had. I’ve been sick the entire day because of it. At this point, it’s clear something is not right with how these drinks are being prepared. This level of negligence is unacceptable and could genuinely harm someone. I’d like to be contacted for a refund or compensation, because I did not pay to get sick. To the employees and management — do better. Customers deserve safe, consistent products, not repeated excuses.
