    1.5 lbs of crab legs had 0.025 lbs of meat in them. Leaked all over my hands. Carrot cake was basically frozen. EEEEEYUCK

    Went to Dinner on New Years Eve 2025 with my wife and Sister in Law and we were all underwhelmed with our dinners and dessert, we all ordered the same meal stuffed cod with lobster & shrimp, mashed potatoes and broccoli rob, everything was very tasteless and not very hot. I have always loved their carrot cake and wasn’t pleased to see it now cost $17 for a slice but it was big enough for us to share, well when it was delivered to the table I was extremely disappointed to see it wasn’t the same, for double the price the slice of cake was half the size! I would think you spend this kind of money, food should be flavorful and hot, I understand prices have gone up but $17 for a single slice of cake to start with and you downsized it??? I have always really enjoyed Mitchell’s but I don’t know if I’ll be in a big hurry to go back, sadly disappointed.

    2 people at dinner. Happened to order same entree. One had half of the size of the fish of the other plate...so obvious when placed in front of us. Disappointed chef and server would allow that. Didn't question it as this was family Christmas dinner. Also broccolini was cold...not warm at all. Won't be going back.
