One of my FAVORITE sandwich shops! Our office orders catering from here, and it is always delicious! Also, Sam is the best manager helping us handle our catering orders over the phone and is very professional and kind. Him and the rest of the team do an amazing job! 10/10

Tried this place out on a whim, hadn't been there in years. Only spoke with two employees while there, and both were flagrantly and unnecessarily rude. I asked for just ham and lettuce on a wrap, but since I didn't know the name of the ham wrap he didn't want to let me order it. He just kept repeating "well which of the subs do you want, just pick". I didn't know their ham sub is called "pepe"... He finally relented and put it in as pepe.
Then the other employee put my bag on the counter and called out the order number. There were only a couple other customers in the store so I thought it was probably mine, but I told her I wasn't given a receipt so I didn't know my order number. She replied "the receipt is in the bag" to which I tried to explain that I'm just not sure if that's mine because she only called out the order number, but instead of hearing me she just increased her volume and repeated "the RECEIPT... IS... IN... THE.... BAG".
So I grabbed it, and it was indeed mine. Great.
I get home and none of the sandwiches were correct at all. The receipt did not accurately describe what I ordered, and the actual food didn't match either what I ordered or what was on the receipt.
I remembered why we never go there.

I ordered $300 worth of lunches boxes online and receive no condiments or even some on the sandwiches. These were for a competition and they should have had some with them. I ordered them from this location instead of the one by my home because it was closer to the event. Very angry girls and disappointed with this outcome. We will be looking for a different business to order our lunch boxes from. You will be losing over 21 lunches for each of our competitions. Thanks for not providing the service that was needed

The customer service is awful at this location and has always been awful. I would think that the manager would try to improve the quality of service for this location after many years, but it is still the same and it is terrible. You always feel like you’re inconveniencing the staff if you ever place an order of any kind.
