I tried calling the store multiple times right away, but no one answered. I then went to the store in person and politely explained the situation, apologizing for my mistake and asking if it could be corrected. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with was rude and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I believe customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are courteous and take responsibility for an error. I was disappointed by this experience. Note: I guess if you looks different then they would treat you bad.

I ordered coffee and a bagel with shmear. I was talking about what I want. In the end the woman that appeared to be in charge said “I don’t have coffee, It is written on the door.” They took an order, made a bagel, I paid(no usual senior discount, they always give it to me), I got my order, and only when I asked for a cup I was told that there is no coffee. She didn’t apologize for not telling me. She just said, it was written on the door. I speak with an accent, I tend to think it was discrimination. I don’t eat food without a drink and I had no use for the food I just bought. If I could put 0 I would do it.
