The restaurant was visibly dirty, and every employee seemed to be moving at half speed. At 5 p.m. — during dinner rush hour — they were completely out of chicken. The person in front of me had ordered two burritos (one chicken, one steak), and instead of waiting to make both together, they made the steak one first and just let the other sit there getting cold while they cooked more chicken. When it was finally done, they cut the chicken on a tiny board right next to a dirty sink, extremely unappetizing and concerning for food safety. My son’s chicken quesadilla was basically inedible, the chicken was so greasy it soaked through everything, and they didn’t even fold it properly so half of it stuck to the foil and tore apart. I asked for extra fajita veggies and got less than normal; when I asked for more, they literally added about three peppers. Drink station and lobby were disgusting. This place is so poorly staffed and managed. The employees clearly have no support or oversight, and it shows in both the quality of the food and the service. I honestly want my money back. Management needs to be replaced immediately.
