I have never seen a more poorly managed restaurant in my life. This is probably the 5th time I've come in here and waited in a 30 minute 5 person line. There is always only one person making food and ringing customers up. They are always out of chicken or rice or queso no matter what time of day you come. I would have rather stayed at home and made my own dry, overcooked chicken looking back on it. Understaffed and poorly managed. Unfortunately, the employees are actually very polite and helpful so this whole complaint falls solely on the management.

I understand this is a busy location, and given that the line was to the door, I fully expected to wait. There were two women behind the counter, another employee handling DoorDash orders, and several staff members in the kitchen area.
When I reached the front of the line with two customers ahead of me, the two women working the counter suddenly left the area. A young man stepped in to assist, but he was left with empty food pans and no support. He was running back and forth to refill items while simultaneously taking orders.
He advised there would be a 1–2 minute wait for the chicken. The customers ahead of me and I were perfectly fine waiting. He efficiently filled the bowls with available items. A man came out from the back, chopped the chicken and put it in the pans and just left. He seen how busy the young man was up front and could see how long the line was, he could also see that we were all waiting to cash out and there was no one to service the register, but yet he just went back in the kitchen to chat it up. Yes chat it up, i watched him. Very unfortunate.
Throughout this time, the line grew to the door, and he remained the only employee assisting customers at the front. He worked incredibly hard and handled the situation with professionalism.
After our food was prepared, several of us waited an additional five minutes for someone to ring us out. Other staff members remained in the back, including the employee managing DoorDash orders, who repeatedly looked toward the waiting line but did not assist. When I finally asked the young man if someone was coming to cash us out, he explained he was not permitted to use the register.
At that point, I had been in the restaurant for approximately 45 minutes, with my food sitting and cooling. I politely asked him to find someone to assist, as I needed to return to my office. He went to the back, and the manager instructed him to cash us out himself—despite already handling orders, refilling pans, and managing the entire front of the restaurant alone.
This experience highlights several concerns:
Management should be retrained on proper staffing and front-of-house support during peak hours.
Employees should not leave a station without ensuring it is properly stocked and that relief coverage is in place.
Staff training should reinforce teamwork and accountability so customers are not left waiting with prepared food.
Unfortunately, by the time I returned to my office—less than five minutes away—my food was completely cold.
The young man working the front deserves significant recognition. He was efficient, professional, and clearly doing his best in an unsupported situation. He earns 10 stars.
Unfortunately, the actions of management and other staff members receive none. This situation was avoidable and reflects poorly on leadership and team coordination.
Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I hope it is used constructively to improve both staff support and customer experience moving forward.

Although chipotle is good, the prices have gotten too high for a quick Mexican place where you’re standing in line to order. Might as well go out to eat at a Mexican restaurant you’d get more food, service, and probably spend less money.

I’ve been to a lot of Chipotle’s and this is by far the worst run store that exists.
Never staffed properly, constantly running out of ingredients, no friendly, everyone seems absolutely miserable working there.
Whoever runs this store should be fired yesterday. Regional management should be replaced immediately.
It’s a disaster for the franchise and is killing the brand in this area.
