I would rather lick my dog's foot than eat onion flavored anything. They clearly need to redo their food safety training, because they didn't so much as wipe off the prep surface between orders, reused the same toaster tray until it was caked in burnt cheese, and get Everything-seasoning on everything whether you want it or not. I only even go here a couple times a year because the Panera around the corner takes too long to make anything. I don't bother with their coffee anymore either. It has a flavor, but that flavor is burnt ice.

If you need a special order as in no cheese, no onion, be prepared to scrape off the cheese and take off the onion when you get home. Our orders are NEVER correct. The staff does not go out of their way to extend any kindness. Please know while ordering in the store, you better know exactly what you want as soon as the staff member makes eye contact or they’re onto the next customer. Please, Brugger’s get it together! People love your bagels but the tension in the air in the store is off the charts. If another bagel store opens up close by, you may end up out of business.
