  I’ve had consistently great experiences at Einstein Bagels in Rochester Hills, and a big part of that is the outstanding team. Amanda, Bridget, Mikey, and Holly always go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. Their customer service is genuinely warm and welcoming—they’re friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do. Whether it’s a quick stop for coffee and a bagel or a larger order, the staff keeps things running smoothly and efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. It’s refreshing to walk into a place where you’re greeted with a smile and treated like a valued customer every time. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food paired with even better service.

  I have been enjoying Einstein for several years now. The breakfast sandwiches are better than any other competitor. Everything is fresh! From eggs to condiments to the bagels. They have no competition. I usually get a cappuccino everyday. They have a real espresso machine. Makes great cappuccino! But it is not just the great food. You will come to find, as I have, that the staff and manager are top notch. Amanda, the manager runs a tight ship but the staff all look up to her. It shows! The place runs like a sewing machine. When they are busy everyone responds making the sandwiches, cooking the eggs, pulling the bagels, making specialty drinks or MY cappuccino! And they are all pleasant to each other and every customer is important! Again, not everyplace runs like this. I have come to realize it is the great staff and that pretty great manager that adds to a great morning experience. That's why I have become a regular. I visit everyday! Amanda and her great staff have given me great way to start my day! I highly recommend a visit. Not just for the best breakfast sandwiches and bagels in town but for the wonderful atmosphere!

  Our waitress Melissa was lovely and very on top of things, despite the crazy saturday evening rush. Everything was great and our time estimate to be seated was perfectly accurate.

  So, this place isn't bad, but there are a few things they could definitely improve on. They could do better with paying attention to orders & getting them correct. My bagel sandwich and my coworkers were both made incorrectly (wrong bagels were used). They also forgot to give us the coffee, so we wouldn't have gotten it if we didn't go back up to the counter to ask for it. Their oven/toaster whatever they use for the hashbrowns and pizza bagels has been broken for a while now. Apparently the manager/owner/whoever it is has been slacking on getting a new one, plus they won't update the app/online ordering to mark it as "unavailable" like most places do when they have an out of stock/out of order item (in my experience I've seen Dunkin', BIGGBY, & Starbucks all do this). I feel bad for some of the employees that are just doing their jobs but keep getting "yelled" at by customers for not having something in stock, even though it's not their fault. On the other hand, they were very nice and quick to get us replacement food for the hashbrowns that were paid for, so that was good, and the blonde woman working the register was very kind, friendly, and helpful. They did remake the sandwiches with the correct bagels too. The bagels, sandwiches, muffins, and coffee are all very yummy. My business gets food from here often too; we've had food catered for meetings and stuff, and sometimes we'll buy a dozen bagels for the office staff, so we come here relatively often. Overall, I like this place, and I definitely don't want to stop coming here, but for the sake of my coworkers and their hashbrowns, PLEASE GET A NEW OVEN/TOASTER AND/OR UPDATE THE APP/ONLINE ORDERING IN THE MEANTIME!!
