  This location is so poorly managed and operated it’s almost comical. It’s consistently out of key ingredients and staff are at best indifferent about improving or attempting to provide a better experience. At worst they find it funny. It’s worth driving to another location than eating here.

  The food was fine except for they were out of chips. The biggest problem was the worker who tamped down the garbage in several can by hand and then went back to dealing with food WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! Yuck! Not going back.

  This is ridiculous the food is ALWYSS good here but lately every time I come in there 20 person line witch is good they are staying busy but there is only one guy on the line nice kid named Brendan during a busy rush like this it's just crazy either get another person on the line or the guy that's sitting at the register instead of that they can help out with finishing the BOWLS . It's just ridiculous. I don't know how they see this and no one cares and then they got people sitting here for 30 minutes for a place that should be very quick nor is affair to the Young gentlemen, that I always see on the line by himself moving as fast as he can. THIS NEEDS TO GET FIXED

  This place is clearly poorly managed. We were waiting in line 20 minutes. There was one person serving and they had to complete their order before the next patron could be rang up. Terrible management!

  I was picking up my order. No one came and asked me if I’d been helped. They were just talking amongst themselves. Then when I asked if they had my order, this man was so rude to me. I’ve never been to a chipotle with this bad of service
