  Whoever works the drive through at night (I was there 3/29 about 7:40-7:50pm) that worker is one of the kindest people, I have ever met. He is always so friendly and positive

  I just Ordered extra rice and steak and they didn’t give me any extra so what did I pay extra for I will be going to the Taco Bell in Gibraltar from now on

  Portion size of meat is ridiculously small on their offerings. I remember when Taco Bell used to be awesome. The chalupa shells used to be warm and fresh and now they suck. My chalupa had a laughably small portion of chicken. And the chalupa shell was stale. The prices have also gotten out of hand. I was desperate for food due to late hour but next time I'll make food at home before I give Taco Bell my business.

  Drive through workers need some attitude adjustment. Went through and asked about tap to pay, and the AI misunderstood me thinking I wanted to Pepsis, I thought it was funny jokes to myself for a moment about it, before a worker came through asking if I wanted two Pepsis, and I explained I had asked if they had tap and the computer misunderstood me, but before I could finish a woman’s voice came over in a very rude and obnoxious tone saying “yes!!” They have tap, for no really reason. I’ve worked in food I get it sucks but don’t take it out on customers. They weren’t busy either. I drove away because I won’t spend money somewhere with crappy service!!! I don’t mean 5 star, just basic kindness, Taco Bell should really invest in better drive through service training lol.
