  I pulled over and place an order at the gas station about 3 minutes up the road. When I got there my order was already ready with everything extra like mayonnaise and mustard packets like I had requested in my order. The young man who handed me my food was very kind and polite and the young man who handed me my drinks and asked me if everything looks correct was also very kind of polite I asked for some more mayonnaise and mustard packets as we use a lot and he gave me a good amount and I was very appreciative and he was very kind and again asked if I needed anything else before I drove away. A+++++ customer service for these two young men!!!

  Cole made me an awesome #8 that looked and tasted exactly like the picture. He was hustling the entire time and even washed his hands twice in the 10 minutes i was there to eat. I will definitely be back on a regular basis. Thank you Cole, much appreciated.

  Great place to grab lunch for the guys on the crew and when you stop into the Jimmy John’s in Richmond MI that’s what ya get a great sandwich great service and if your not on the go a great place to sit and bs before heading back to work 5 stars all around hands down

  This is by far the most poorly run Jimmy John’s I’ve ever ordered from. Delivery consistently takes an excessive amount of time. Tonight, the manager/owner actually called to tell me they don’t have a delivery driver after 6 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays — their busiest times — and that she would have to pay for an Uber to deliver my order. Not only is it baffling to operate without drivers during peak hours, but it’s completely inappropriate to make that problem the customer’s concern. She was actually happy when I canceled my order, which says a lot about how this business is managed. This is an unacceptable way to run a restaurant. I will never order from this location again — guaranteed.
