This is by far the most poorly run Jimmy John’s I’ve ever ordered from. Delivery consistently takes an excessive amount of time. Tonight, the manager/owner actually called to tell me they don’t have a delivery driver after 6 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays — their busiest times — and that she would have to pay for an Uber to deliver my order.
Not only is it baffling to operate without drivers during peak hours, but it’s completely inappropriate to make that problem the customer’s concern. She was actually happy when I canceled my order, which says a lot about how this business is managed.
This is an unacceptable way to run a restaurant. I will never order from this location again — guaranteed.
Funny how they say "Freaky Fast". Not this location, often they call back after we have ordered and say they have no driver. This isn't at strange hours on strange days, this is on weekends before 7. They call say they dont have a driver or will need to pay for a secondary delivery company to fill the order, hoping we cancel which we often do. Rude and very unprofessional staff.

Slowest delivery in town, constantly sending the wrong order then not taking any accountability for said wrong order. Hire a full time delivery person. we live far away from major cities so using 3rd party delivery sucks for the customer, and makes the employees look bad.

The service was absolutely terrible but The food was great, of course as usual. Thankfully, I can at least count on that. With that said whoever runs this, Jimmy John’s should very much consider speaking with their nighttime staff on how to treat a customer. Especially one who comes in orders leaves comes back and picks order up with a simple thank you, you have a Great night! Expecting to get A response, I did not. So again, I said it louder. Still no response. I do absolutely understand being upset if a customer comes in a little later Somewhat close to closing. But like it was an hour and a half from closing, they were for sure cleaning up and I do apologize for that… but it is the job you chose and I did come in with a positive attitude and I would greatly appreciate the same back. I’m not sure what happened with their night but at the end of the day I do hope whatever it is it gets better I am sorry if I upset you for some reason🤷🏻

Freaky fast?? Ha! Yeah no. This location is not only the slowest JJ's ever, I think they're the slowest drive through of any fast food place that I've ever been through. And this is not based on a single visit. This is every single time I come here and has been this way since they opened. I write this as I've been sitting behind 1 car in front of me for about 5 minutes so far. Yes, just the 1 car. They are not busy.
12/09/25 update, not better. Only 1 car in front of me, 12 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I received my order.
