Items are sometimes missing or made differently than ordered, which can be frustrating—especially during quick stops or takeout. The food itself is what you expect from Taco Bell and when the order is right, it’s enjoyable. We’re hoping for better consistency and attention to order accuracy, as that would really improve the experience here.

We ordered through the kiosk to ultimately skip the line and even after we ordered everyone had to use the kiosks due to no customer service. After that I witnessed a lady complain about pop being out and all the worker said was “I don’t know sorry.” To top off the trip I used the bathroom after eating. I witnessed employee go into bathroom then after flushing ran out of there without washing her hands.. again. I’m so disappointed and disgusted.

One of the two people got their food, the second had to go up and ask about theirs and still didn’t get it. The couple after us got their food before. The person before us had to go up 3 times to ask for theirs. We finally went up and asked for our money back, still waited about 15 mins at the counter before acknowledged. Manager finally gave us our money back and apologized she said it’s because we waited so long for the order it kicked out of the system. Sounds like a new system should be used.
