  Mobile orders are always late regardless of the time the order is placed. I use the mobile app in the morning to order hash brows for breakfast. I place the order btw 10-15 min before getting there. My order has never been bagged and waiting for me. I'm always waiting

  I came in this morning three sausage cheese McGriddles I was met by attitude when I discovered my order was wrong she tossed my food without apologizing and then remade it I did mention I didn't like her attitude and then I took my food and left. I'm a very reasonable understanding and forgiving person and this was unnecessary!

  3/16/26 midnight, food mid, customer service 0, the guy who work in the drive through was so mean, doesn’t even know how to talk to customers, asked him for some ketchup didn’t even answer and closed the window. I know it’s mcdonld’s not a very fancy place but if u don’t like the job u can just quit. U don’t need to treat customers like that

  I deliver for DoorDash and what I observed on 2/28/26 was a complete lack of urgency during the lunch rush. I arrived 10 minutes before the food was supposed to be done (pickup time) and I didn’t get the food to deliver until 20 minutes after. The staff here seem very uncoordinated and cleared orders on the screens to “cook” their times (I used to work at a McDonalds so I know it’s common to clear the orders to trick the system into thinking they’re more efficient than they actually are). It’s just disappointing how uncoordinated and lackluster the team here is. McDonald’s, please do better.
