I pulled up in drive thru tonight at 1:30am and guy came on speaker asked me if I was using mobile order or door dash and I told him I was not. He then proceeded to tell me they are currently cleaning ALL the grills and I would not be able to place an order I can only place an order thru door dash or on my mobile app. I asked if the grills are not in use how is it that u can do those types of orders but I'm here in person at speaker but camn not place an order. He said they won't make it and I only have the two options. I did not use my mobile app because I was paying with cash so I came out in the cold just to be turned away. I do not understand how grilled orders can be placed online but not at speaker. Very disappointing and he didn't even try to explain very dry, matter of fact, and didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. Won't be going there any more.
