Donuts are stale and hard at 7am!!!! The staff is often clueless!!!! Just read what is on the ticket!!!!!!!! The coolers were down the majority of the summer with the old ice cream still displaying in the cooler! REALLY?! THROW IT AWAY!!!! I live right across the street from this location, but will drive all the way to the one in 10 mile and Telegraph just for a Good cup of coffee. I have even spoken with management on a number of occasions in which I given some coupons to get free coffee. Why the hell would I want that if it is ALWAYS NASTY?! I used to work in a coffee shop and the pots were cleaned out every night. I don’t think they have ever been cleaned. Just a disgrace!!!!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
