  This is hands down the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Unfortunately, it’s the only one close to us and in the past three years since moving to this area I’ve given this location multiple chances and every time the food and drinks are horrible. The employees are always rude. I made the mistake of giving them one more try this morning and was immediately filled with regret upon tasting my coffee that tastes like watered down milk with sugar granules stuck to the bottom of the cup. Don’t waste your time or money on this location.

  Waited in line for 21 min for coffee only 2 cars were ahead of me when I get to the window my order wasn’t ready don’t go there

  Horrible that people can’t follow simple instructions ! I asked for a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with water made wrong avo toast with egg made wrong hash browns still frozen . Never again at this location

  Every since this location in redford remodel the coffee is Horrible water down no taste i use to come every day i even downloaded the app i was faithful no matter how many time i give them a chance it the same water down nasty coffee i will be contacting Corporate

  Pull in trying to get some coffee and a donut little short lady playing in the lobby saying they close i replied and said I thought this place doesn’t close til 10 remind you it’s 8:24 pm she still said they was close so can your company get somebody who like to work and not play on the clock
