    I had one of my worst food quality experiences from this restaurant. Will not patronize again. I shared my experience with corporate customer service but just got a template reply that the restaurant management will address my issues.

    Ordered through the app and requested a cheeseburger off the grill with hot fries. Food was cold when I received it. After they took it back, the burger was returned unwrapped and still not hot, and the fries were cold as well. When I requested the manager, Kelly had a bad attitude and snatched the bag back. Staff was rude. Extremely poor and unacceptable customer service. Ratchet! Never had this problem on telegraph!

    Order 2 big mac combos over 18.00 and only had one pattie. Totally ridiculous that you have to drive back to get it corrected

    I’m really disappointed with my experiences at this restaurant. Almost every night the food comes out cold, no matter what I order. It’s frustrating to spend money on meals that feel like they’ve been sitting out instead of being served fresh. On top of that, there is a lady who works there that is consistently rude and unprofessional. Her attitude makes the whole experience even worse. Good customer service should be a priority, but she makes guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes these issues seriously, because the restaurant could be much better if they fixed the quality of the food and addressed the unprofessional behavior.
