  We love the food and atmosphere in most locations. We typically go to the Lake Orion and it's really good including service. We went to the Dearborn Heights and I would rate them all 3s.

  The people are amazing. Very kind. But the place smells horrible. It smells like puke when you walk in. This really needs to be taken care of. It’s very off putting. Otherwise great service.

  I have always gotten delivery from this location. Today my wife and I decided to pickup our order and Damn!! I will never order from this location again!! The place is gross!! It smells of a old dirty mop as soon as you walk in. The place is so nasty I tossed the food out and just took the lost. Really bad and the service was horrible. How many bad reviews do you have to get before some does anything. How does a company pay these people to not do their job. Maybe I should put in an application and do nothing and collect a check? The people that work in the store are a direct reflection of management. Very sad!!

  First of all I'd like to say the atmosphere was & inviting.Clean & the staff was friendly but even more so,I loved the managers attitude.She asked had I been helped yet as soon as she walked to the front of the store because they were quite busy.She took care of me quickly & gave me great suggestions for myself & children,that we loved.I asked her name & it was Sierra & told her thank you for her great customer service & we'd definitely be back because it was a great experience 😀

  27-year-old Taurus female at the register trying harder to find a date and not trying to take customers orders or even attempt to-be courteous/Polite to customers. My order was 2 Bahama mamas with extra sweetener and she appeared to be extra irritated and rude for no reason could not get the order correct and just walked away from the Register. The young lady making the orders came and finished, taking my order and apologize for the rude behavior of the other employee. Completely unsatisfactory unprofessional behavior. I listened to her take two other orders not one time did she greet or say thank you to the guests. But again the young man that she was trying to impress, had plenty of attention from her and her loud boisterous behavior.
