  Honestly I don’t even like McDonald’s but everytime I go through Quincy I have to stop, order has never been wrong, food always seems freshly made, always quick The best McDonalds I’ve been to that consistently does everything right

  I was in tonight. Had a glitch with the mcdonalds app, wouldn't give me code for the deal, just kept telling me to add more deals. A nice lady honored the deal even tho the app was malfunctioning. She made me feel awesome and was super friendly. As someone who was simply passing through I will be coming to this store everytime I come through because of this experience. Thank you and happy holidays!

  I picked up my food at the drive thru. When I got home, they forgot to give me my whole order. I called to let them know and drove back to pick up the rest of my order. I got back in line at the speaker I told the young girl (who had no idea what I was talking about) that I was there to pick up my food and I ordered another order of fries because I didn't want cold fries by time I'd get back home. You know the other ones that I had already paid for. I also had to ask her to remake my sandwich so that the bread wouldn't soggy. They never even offered to comp my fries for my trouble and when I got home again, the bun on my "freshly made sandwich" was so hard it could have broke rocks. I've had multiple messes up way to often! Pay attention! This is your job, do it right!

  Drive thru lady with black hair that works AM, looks like shes 75 but is probably 50, extremely rude and doesn’t know how to ring in orders
