- LLLana LNov 16, 20251.0Reviews are, unfortunately, true. Most unpleasant McDonald's food and service by far. Chicken in snack wraps was lukewarm and rubbery, tasted undercooked. Had to come back and exchange it, getting exact same experience as replacement order, and ended up asking for a refund as it really was that bad. Fries were just as described by other reviewers - somehow burnt, cold and soggy all at the same time. Refund was issued, but no apology or compensation provided.

I told the older blond lady at the counter that the person you gave the order to took my order and she replied with I didn’t give anyone your order to anyone. It was resolved by the manager no issues but the older blond lady working the counter was rude didn’t take accountability and didn’t offer an apology. I’m only writing this because this isn’t the first time that McDonald’s has been so rude.
