For whatever reason this McDonald’s just can’t get it together. Whatever their deal with gatekeeping their sauce is…..it could really use some better training or something. We even ordered EXTRA sauce (because this has happened before) and we didn’t even get ANY sauce. And it happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Literally a whole bag of just dry, no sauce having nuggets. Prices go up, customer service goes down….and they can’t even give you sauce for your nuggets.

Had to come back and exchange it, getting exact same experience as replacement order, and ended up asking for a refund as it really was that bad. Fries were just as described by other reviewers - somehow burnt, cold and soggy all at the same time. Refund was issued, but no apology or compensation provided.

I told the older blond lady at the counter that the person you gave the order to took my order and she replied with I didn’t give anyone your order to anyone. It was resolved by the manager no issues but the older blond lady working the counter was rude didn’t take accountability and didn’t offer an apology. I’m only writing this because this isn’t the first time that McDonald’s has been so rude.

People are doing burnouts leaving the driveway because they're so irritated with the wait time! 😔
