  I ordered a sandwich while I was at work. I ordered it at 2pm. I waited for HOURS! I figured i just got screwed over and wasn't going to make a big fuss, since I read the other reviews and seen maybe they just didn't have a driver to deliver. I also used a free sandwich coupon. So I was only out a few dollars. THEN, AROUND 6PM, one of the customers walked in with my food and said it was sitting in the entrance way of the store. I work across the road on 24th at the party store. To leave my food in the breeze way of the entrance is WILD! Completely unprofessional and plain idiotic! Why in the hell would you not open one door and come in the store and hand me my food!? It doesn't say on the receipt to leave outside of my job. Never again will I waste a cent at this jimmy johns. If I could leave work and just went across the road to order, I would have. I work open to close on Sundays, alone! All I wanted was some dang food. I hope you enjoyed the tip I left! Cause whoever you are, surly didn't deserve it!

  Place used to make a sandwich in <3 minutes, now it’s like 15-20, not sure what happened, but something’sgotta change if they wanna be called “freaky fast”

  Nathan is a good worker. Was having a bad day, his good attitude cheered me up. His work should be recognized if it isn't!

  Their lovely manager Hannah is so helpful. I had an order messed up and she made it all right. Plus she gave me a comp for my next meal super professional super nice.
