We used to love going to McDonald’s but as of lately the quality and service has been anything but good in all of the restaurants. I have been pulled over to the parking area and waited for food several times and they can’t seem to get it right. I have been made late for work because of complete incompetence of the crew. I have been served the wrong food not once but 3 times in the same visit and they were rude because they didn’t get it right. Now we just expect them to get it wrong. McDonald’s you need to do better and the franchise owners needs to step in and retrain all of them. We know you won’t but you really should. Maybe secret shoppers should be sent in or the health department. Do better.
