I was very disappointed tonight when I took my son to get curly fries. They were cold, shriveled up and tasted like burnt fryer. A single large order of fries. How was this ok to serve when it was the only thing I ordered? I tried calling. They are never busy at this time, yet the phone was busy each time I tried.

Went through drive thru which is always a crap shoot , asked kid for Arby’s sauce I had 2 large sandwiches he gave me one Arby’s sauce, not enough for a sandwich let alone two, I asked for the sauce he said I gave to you in bag , got home found one sauce I mean if this is what managers are telling them to give price of food it’s nuts won’t go back to this store cheap cheap

I didn't even try to eat this. I can NOT believe that anyone thought this was ok to serve!! Fries were cold too. Horrible experience! I tried to request a refund multiple times on your guest experience link and it would not go through. Order date was 10/28/25 early lunch time

I am so tired of getting let down by Arby's. Those steak nuggets were possibly the worst food I have ever gotten in an restaurant, let alone fast food. First inl received 6 out of the 9 piece ordered. Which is bad enough. Then I bit into them. Dry, very little flavor or seasoning, and they looked nothing like the ads or pictures. It was akin to eating wet beef jerky 🤢🤮
I do not know if it was an anomaly, but for the price they want, I wouldn't take a chance ever again.
Whomever decided this was a good idea to release, should really rethink what they are doing.
If you can't quality control something like this to be consistent across your stores, then it shouldn't be released.
They prepack them in containers, then nuke them for service. If at any point someone doesn't follow the directions explicitly, then you get crap served. You get inconsistent sizes that do not heat the same.
If you are pre-portioning, it should be easy to serve the appropriate sizes and not parts and pieces that equal to the correct portion.
You need to do better. There are too many options that are cheaper and at this point, better in quality.
