  Great when they can get your order right, I always order in the app or kiosk and never substitute or change anything and it's a still a 50/50 chance if it's right or not.

  Everytime I have gone to this place in the past 6 months they have had issues with something. I thought the first 2 times it was just a fluke, but after the 3rd time, I have decided that if I really want McDonalds I will just go to the one by the bridge or in Marysville.

  Everytime I get the big breakfast w hotcakes eggs and a BISCUIT they always, without fail, “forget” to put the jam in the bag. Why would I want a biscuit plain. I order the big breakfast specifically for the biscuit and jam to come with the pancakes. And to top it off no silverware. Do better.

  They really need to figure out their drive thur lanes. I spent nearly 20 mins in line because one lane was taking all the orders and seemed like if anyone had a second they would get the second lane. I WAS IN THAT LANE! I literally had to watch about 8 cars that got there after me all get their orders and fly through the line with no problem and I was late for work because of this inconvenience.
