  Ordered breakfast on the app. Go into the lobby, tried to press the "I'm already here" button, the app froze, then crashed. I walked to the counter to explain the situation, and I waited about 8 mins before I had to speak up and request help from the many employees walking right past me and 3 other people. No eye contact, no "I'll be with you in a moment"- nothing. I had to raise my voice and say "Hey! Can we get some help up here? We've all been waiting for more than 5 mins". They reordered my food, and had to wait another 10 mins to get 2 breakfast sandwiches, and an order of hotcakes. Ignoring the front of the store just to focus on the drive thru is very frustrating.

  This place is discussing I saw rat droppings on the floor under are table the food was terrible the fries were cold to much mayo the burgers looked like a two year old made it.and there to expensive.rude and immature employees

  Night shift needs people takes for ever only 2 cars and wait forever on your food.

  This mcdonalds here has messed an order of mine up for the 2nd time with a breakfast sandwich giving me my real order, when I ask for a sausage, egg and cheese with muffin.They end up giving a canadian bacon egg and cheese mcmuffin so over mcdonalds they are getting nasty with their food theres never no good deals , food never really fresh hot

  Nothing really special about this place normal McDonald's Windsor drive through those kind of long and slow food was not hot fries or undercooked and greasy not the best
