- JMJanice MaineMar 22, 20261.0The service was absolutely horrible!!! Had to always hunt down server to get any and all service. Never asked if we needed anything or even how the food was. Had to wait and wait to get our tab. Food was cold just like the service!!!
- ENEric NaugleMar 22, 20261.0Service sucks here, actually it was horrible, we should of went elsewhere, waitstaff isn’t attentive at all, we normally sit at the bar to get better service, not tonight and it’s not even busy, no manager walking around asking how everything is or watching what’s going on. Never once asked how are meal was, we had to ask for appetizer plates, had to ask for another drink refill, appetizer and meals were served cold, we even had to ask for our bill way after we were done eating, Management needs to pay attention to the bar for this isn’t the only time we have had bad service here, but it will be the last time.
- SSSMMar 19, 20262.0Typical Bdubs but the service is ALWAYS awful. Sat for 15 minutes at the bar this time before I was even greeted. The bartenders always seem more concerned about chatting with customers at the end of the bar than paying attention to newcomers. We’ve had both a male and a female bartender so obviously the lack of friendliness is a management issue. It’s never insanely busy and we’ve tried different times of the day. We’re never been offered refills by any bartenders. Can’t flag anyone down. Can’t get boxes. Can’t get lids. The table next to the bar had dirty plates on it forever and they eventually brought them to the bar so they could enjoy the rest of their beers. Got two forks and one knife for two people. Asked for a ranch and blue cheese each. Got four ranches. Then to flag the bartender down to get a blue cheese was a nightmare and she disappeared forever to get it. Just a weird place. I’m a server and would NEVET hire any of these people in a bar I work at or own.
