- JWJohnny WelchApr 4, 20261.0I couldn't get the attention of any of the McDonald's employees so I used the kiosk but as I walk through the lobby the floor was sticky it was trash here and there on the floor and for me hoping that they were busy my food would be fresh I was wrong the fries are cold the nuggets are stale and it seemed like they microwaved my McDoubles I do not recommend the McDonald's in Pontiac at joslyn and Walton boulevard and it was not busy it is 211 in the afternoon but they still have cars pull up so they can make their time

The fact that they wrap you around the building and can never keep track of whose food goes to which car. Not to mention the managers are rude.
