As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Anywho...this is my second time in a couple month time frame and both times have been nasty. Food was cold. I thought maybe it was a fluke. This most recent time tonight I confirmed my order TWICE at the window. Burger was still made wrong and cold and dry like patties had just been sitting on the grill. Fries were barely Luke warm and salty. Since when does checkers salt their fries? I couldn't even eat them there was so much salt on them. And then I know I asked for light ice in my drink but 2 ice cubes? So you were being funny? Really? Then you couldn't even fill my cup up. It's fast food so I don't expect a 5 star meal. However I do expect that when I spend 13 dollars on a meal I get 13 dollar quality food. For what I got I could've ordered off the dollar menu. Needless to say I won't be back. I'm straight. I will say the girl at the window was really nice though so kudos to her.

Went through the drive thru because they don't have a dining area that isn't directly in the sun. My order was taken by an AI which is interesting, but when I pulled up to the window they instantly gave me my food. Super quick, but they forgot my large fries and also didn't follow the modifications my fiance wanted on his sandwich. They have delicious chicken strips tho, 10/10 recommend them.
