At this point, it doesn’t feel like a mistake — it feels like they just don’t care. If I can’t trust them to make a sandwich correctly, how am I supposed to trust their hygiene or food standards? A burnt sandwich shouldn’t be passed off as “okay,” especially when it’s clearly not. I work 10 minutes away, so I could’ve driven back and asked for a replacement, but honestly it wasn’t worth my time. I just won’t be coming back. I’ll be going to Tim Hortons instead. Good luck running a business like this.
